Every time that I send mi Nissan Versa Hatchbag to their service I have to get back
they de-program the automatic open-close window system ,
att the previus service they suppose to check the liquids levels and correct if necessarie but they send my car with the minimun cooling engine liquide, even if the car manual says that if is in minimun level it has to be refilled , but the technician says that was Ok and didn't do it and to complete these last service they send the car with the car lights connected all wrong . The interior pannel lights use to turn on when I turned On the exterior car lights and viceversa but now when I turn On the car lights the internal pannel lights turn off and viceversa meaning that if i drive at night time I'm not able to see the speed or the gas or nothing inside , unless I turn Off the exterior car lights wich is not really a good idea.
When I call the service center they say me that being Friday at 16:00 everybody was gone that I should go to an electrician somewere else , when I told them that would be extra fees for a job that they suppose to have done ( I did'nt ask them to touch the lights , that was part of the 33000km check ) the service atendant ask me to wait on the line and after 3 failed call transfers to "The manager " who suppose to find a "solution" she ask me for my phone number and aske me to wait for the Manager call, of course it's 18:42 and nobody call, I work early and late shifts in my work and I don't be able to use my car bcs these unprofessional individuals didn't do their work well done since the begining.
Seems that there is not a quality control plan in to their technical service and not supervisor tu assure that the car gets in goods conditions after a routin checking.
