We own a 2008 Saturn Vue, which was purchased from AutoPark 2 years ago. At that time Rachel Groulx sold us the vehicle, a vehicle we are truly pleased with. She was a pleasure to work with then and AutoPark 2 years ago. At that time Rachel Groulx sold us the vehicle, a vehicle we are truly pleased with. She was a pleasure to work with then and suggested we purchase the extended warranty. With her advice and guidance, we did purchase one of the best warranties offered. Two weeks ago we had the unfortunate need to use this warranty. The transmission on our Vue failed us. Rachel who is now the service advisor went above and beyond the call of duty to help us through this predicament. She handled all the warranty contacts, found a new transmission which proved to be a very challenging task, arranged for our rental and kept us informed of progress. We were never so happy to have purchased the extended warranty. It has saved us a major outlay of cash for a new transmission, and has given us peace of mind for the last 2 years. I have now had the vehicle back for about 5 days and it is running better than it ever has. We are truly pleased with both the sales and service that Autopark Niagara offers. We have been looking for a van for a few weeks..... a friend of my husband's mentioned Auto Park to us, we decided to take a look. We live in Brampton and went to check out the Brampton location, found friend of my husband's mentioned Auto Park to us, we decided to take a look. We live in Brampton and went to check out the Brampton location, found a few vans that we liked (Volkswagan Rountan) but the engine size wasn't what we were looking for... a day went by and we looked online again at all the locations, and found a Routan at the Niagara location that looked like it would fit our needs. I called the Niagara location and spoke to Jeff. Jeff let me know that they had 3 Routans, but only one was a 4.0L, I then told Jeff that we wanted to take a drive up to see it, he said no problem, he was there until 9 and he would be happy to help us. An hour later Jeff had called me back and said a family was out test driving the vehicle, and told me that if they purchased it he would call me as soon as he found out so that we didn't have to do an hour and a half drive up there for no reason. They didn't buy it, so we took the drive up!!! Needless to say, the staff at AutoPark Niagara were very friendly and welcomed us with a smile, my husband test drove the van and LOVED it..we purchased the VW Routan... Jeff showed us everything that the van had and showed us the CarProof, everything looked good. Jeff was a wonderful help!!! We then spoke to Pat regarding warranties and undercoating on the vehicle. He gave us lots of information on different products that we can do to prevent rust on the van....he also showed us what we can do regarding financing the vehicle, he very informative and answered any question that we had, Overall we had a great experience with AutoPark Niagara and would recommend it to anyone looking for a vehicle for a good price and low KMs. We would use AutoPark Niagara again, if we every need another vehicle.
