This is in regards to CarMax Hyundai in Lindsay Ontario. Hyundai Canada, you need to do better. Avoid this dealership at all costs! Got a flat tire, called the dealership to see if it's covered under war Hyundai Canada, you need to do better. Avoid this dealership at all costs! Got a flat tire, called the dealership to see if it's covered under warranty, they said yes so I had it towed there. Confirmed with them it's under warranty at the dealership. Two days later I get a call saying the tire is on, but sorry it's not covered under warranty so it's going to be over $300. Then the manager Colin says he will give it to me at his cost which is $250 plus tax. After talking to another tire shop, I found out the cost of the tire is $185. When I asked the manager why the other tire shop was so much cheaper he responded with he has labour costs included in his price. He wanted to charge me labour for a job I did not give him permission to do. Omvic and consumer protection both said that in Ontario a dealership has to give you a estimate and get your permission before doing the work. They did neither. On top of all this while they had the vehicle for two days they didn't complete the recall that was on the vehicle even though I had asked them to. Avoid them at all cost!!! To the manager and sales person I dealt with, I expected better, I have purchased 3 cars from you in the last 18 months, I will never again so I hope you are happy with the $215 you got today in service. More

The service is fantastic and their prices are great. They have saved me money and I feel they really want to help.
