As a woman I appreciate that he doesn't talk down to me because I am a woman. Ken who is in charge of the service department is second to none. He explains everything and doesn't pressure us into doing something that isn't really necessary at that time, but he does make us aware of repairs that will need to be addressed in the near future. Unfortunately we did not purchase our Hyundai but are looking to purchase a second Hyundai and will do so at Carmax. Even for a dealership their service pricing is good and you can tell everyone takes pride in their products. I highly recommend them and wouldn't buy anything but a Hyundai. More
