We went for a test drive and he showed me where things were in the car. After I had purchased it they continued to impress by going above and beyond to ensure the vehicle was delivered on my wife's birthday and with a last minute remote start addition (I requested it that day and somehow they made it happen). I just took it back for my first oil change with them and I requested the service through their website for a specific time - very professional, prompt, and fantastic service.
