We were in the dealership to purchase a used vehicle. Angela a sales consultant girl walked us through, very polite, friendly girl. we selected a 2014 Honda CRV but later on when we took it for a drive it was making funny noises and found quite a few scratches at the front of the vehicle. We asked her to negotiate some price discount on the basis of that and she did agree on that(after the permission of her manager). Both the parties agreed on a fixed price and we decided to go back Monday July 18 to sign the papers. As soon as we pulled out , we received a call from Honda. It was Rick Scott(I believe he is the finance Manager). His attitude was very egoistic, rude and arrogant. In a very rude manner he said there will be no negotiation of the price and doesn't care about the deal at all. He has no customer skills at all.His approach was very unprofessional, doesn't show any respect for his employees who are the front line people making every effort to sell their vehicles. I do not recommend going to carlton Honda because their manager has no respect for his customers at all. I would rather go to Saskatoon. at least get the customer service you deserve for the amount you are paying for your vehicle.
