I can’t recommend this dealership enough. We’ve suggested them to a number of friends. We bought our vehicle from them 5 months ago and we have had absolutely no problems with it. We didn’t want to go through a dealer but the vehicle we wanted was hard to find privately. We started with a few big-name dealerships and it was exactly why we wanted to avoid them. Sneaky, snakey sales personalities, high prices, one even tried to sell me a vehicle that was in an accident, they are fake people who are really annoying to deal with. The vehicle we wanted popped up at CarWest and we thought we may as well try since we weren’t getting anywhere with the others. They were respectfully responsive and honestly just NORMAL people. I felt like I was talking to my own friends or family. No one was trying to upsell anything, nice conversations, no fake interactions and very helpful in the overall process. They were upfront about how they acquire vehicles and their business model in wholesale. It is a lovely family-run place-I think we met 4 or 5 family members in the process. Highly highly recommend if you need a used vehicle. More

Nick and Brett were great at the time of the sale. 2 weeks after receiving my vehicle it was using oil. No visible leaking. Engine lights on. I told them about it. They had insisted on extra warranty 2 weeks after receiving my vehicle it was using oil. No visible leaking. Engine lights on. I told them about it. They had insisted on extra warranty. The warranty didn’t cover the initial sensors our mechanic changed. Kept informing Carwest. Finally it left stranded. Needed work. None of the work was covered under this warranty they had me pay monthly for. So. He covered 2/3 of the bill. Which is great. But not all of it. It’s still doing the exact same thing. Uses about 2 litres of oil every 10 days. Expensive. They Told me to drive it a year and they’d get me into something better. My credit is something I’m working on but they can’t get me into a different vehicle. They don’t look after you. They never took the car back to their shop and fix it at their cost. I’m stuck with a lemon that I can’t even go out of town with. Worst dealership EVER!!! They didn’t stand behind their vehicle sale. I can’t go anywhere with this car and I’ve told them from the beginning the problems. I do not recommend this dealership. To sell a vehicle they say they went through completely. Yes I kept all records of the texts and emails so they know I contacted them and when. I was ripped off. More

They stand 100% behind each unit they move and anytime I need anything serviced I just have to make a call and they’re on it.
