The people that need help. They stole money from me and now small claims court is the only option. They will not return my calls or even tell me why they took the money. By the way, in addition to stealing money, the extended warranty is a scam, no one, other than CarNation will honor it and they don't!!! They also said twice they would detail my new purchase, to remove the vomit on the back seat and floor...they didn't. Had to pay more money . I am really hurt by the lies and scams, I never thought they were like this. My blinders are off. Yes, you are thieves and to anyone who wants 100% proof, leave an email and I will show you. Evan was so knowledgeable and helpful, and GENUINE. He proved this to us by taking care of an issue we had with the vehicle leaking oil (a cracked filter housing). I manage a couple of businesses and must tell you this kind of employee is hard to find, I hope that you appreciate him. He, on his day off, along with Amar, got us in the very next day for service. You should be very proud of your dealership. Amar was excellent, made us feel at ease about the repair and was very polite and apologetic. Even though we had the inconvenience of having to come in with the vehicle and wait for it (our choice), it was worth it and CarNation made the best of it by driving us to a restaurant while we waited and picking us up afterwards, that meant a lot, nice touch. Prompt returns on phone calls, last minutes change of plans, purchasing of new ownership, license plates and sticker - all were handled with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. On pick-up day, my vehicle looked like new to include a brand-new set of expensive all season radial tires. I would highly recommend Car Nation to anyone looking for a used vehicle. Most of their inventory comes from leasing companies, so no previous owners so to speak. In the future, I will only use Car Nation to trade my car in.
