Worst service ever we used to be customers from the previous owner, which the customer service was perfect number one now we cannot even say there’s customer service nothing you don’t get answered. The previous owner, which the customer service was perfect number one now we cannot even say there’s customer service nothing you don’t get answered. They don’t answer phone calls. Actually they don’t do nothing for you except trying to sell your cars they just lost our business and we’re going to Val-Bélair for the service now instead of supposedly good service that they offer that they’re saying on TV. Which is total xx. The only good thing about that place is Yan that seemed to give great service till he gets corrupted or leave . The only Star that I’m gonna give is because of him because they shouldn’t get one at all. More
I bought a used 2017 Hyundai Tucson from this dealership less than a year ago. I drove only 10,000 km, and now the engine needs to be replaced due to oil burning and internal damage. The estimated cost of r less than a year ago. I drove only 10,000 km, and now the engine needs to be replaced due to oil burning and internal damage. The estimated cost of repair was over $7,500. I submitted a warranty review request to Hyundai Canada, but it was denied. No goodwill compensation or support was offered, even though the car was purchased from this dealership and failed after such a short time. This experience has been very frustrating. I trusted a certified Hyundai dealer hoping for peace of mind — instead, I’m left with a major repair bill and no support. I cannot recommend this dealership to others. More
I brought my car to Capital Hyundai on January 15, and after just one day, they sent me an invoice and told me the new part would arrive by January 28, so I should have my car back by January 29. Well, it after just one day, they sent me an invoice and told me the new part would arrive by January 28, so I should have my car back by January 29. Well, it’s now February 5, and I still don’t have my car. Nobody has given me a proper explanation—just the same vague response: “We hope we get the part, and we will let you know.” That’s it. No updates, no actual timeline, nothing. And on top of that, they never offered me anything—no rental, no courtesy car, not even a simple apology for the delay. Now, I can’t even get a proper response. Calls go unanswered, and I have no idea when (or if) I’ll actually get my car back. This is beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional. If you need reliable service, do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else. More
Most incompetent service mangers ever. Brought vehicle in at 86000kms for engine oil issues. Burning 1 liter per 1500kms. Was told to complete Oil Consumption Test. I brought the vehicle Brought vehicle in at 86000kms for engine oil issues. Burning 1 liter per 1500kms. Was told to complete Oil Consumption Test. I brought the vehicle back every 1500kms and they added oil every time. After the the four visits they said the vehicle was within spec. Said there was no issue. Brought the vehicle back at 130000kms, was burning 4 liters per 2000 klms. Capital Hyundai said they would now do a compression test (at my cost) a test they forgot to do the first time around the results show the engine is damaged Beyond repair and would have to be changed. The dealership submitted the results of the compression test to Hyundai Canada and tried to have the engine replaced under warranty for a crank bearing issue that wasn’t present. I was denied warranty because the vehicle was out of warranty period. The dealer told me too bad. And they would not be helping me with the cost of the repairs. The dealership really dropped the ball with this. They openly admitted to not following proper procedures with regards to not documenting how much oil they were adding to the vehicle during the oil consumption test. I have never delt with a more incompetent bunch of people in my life. More

When a dealer forces their customers to purchase $ 1897 in extra warranties and options that I do not want, then charge you a total of $848 in admin and PDI fees on top, I feel this is price gouging. Go in extra warranties and options that I do not want, then charge you a total of $848 in admin and PDI fees on top, I feel this is price gouging. Go to Gander, Clarenville and save yourself literally thousands on new vehicle purchase. PS The sales people were superb to deal with, it’s the company policy on pricing that will keep me away…. More
Had the pleasure of dealing with salesman, Lucas Ackerman, when I was searching various places looking for a vehicle. Personally I found him to be very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about Ackerman, when I was searching various places looking for a vehicle. Personally I found him to be very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about his job. I did not purchase at this time. I was looking at the Kona and found the trunk to be too small. No other vehicles interested me at the time. More
