It was a busy time of day it seemed when i was there a lot of people...but i was able to get my car fixed. Love the service its conveinient quick and easy, even a shuttle service is offered. Very friendly staff and free wi fi. They took care of the needs of my car and i will be back. Thanks guys. More

I printed out the informationfor the vehicle i was intrested in from the internet. I took that with me to Cambridge Kia and met with the saes guy Ken. I showed him what i was intrested in and he showed me 2 different versions of the car and showed me differences and smiliarities. The time he spent with me helped me to make my decision. He was very thorough and accomadating. The other employees were great, sparking up several different conversations. Very polite and respectful dealership. I will definately recomend Cambridge Kia to my friends and family. More

I went to a few different kia dealers but ended up going with Cambridge Kia because they had the best price. It also helped the staff was very friendly. By the looks of it, they must move a lot of cars. The showroom was packed with customers. Its worth the drive to Cambridge kia. If you go in ask for Mark, he's the best sales. I have purchased many cars but have to say the service and price i received from Cambridge kia was above my expectations. More
Very unprofessional & discourteous We were at the dealership wanting to test drive a vehicle that was currently out on another test drive, so we said we told Pedram that we would come b We were at the dealership wanting to test drive a vehicle that was currently out on another test drive, so we said we told Pedram that we would come back later the same day. Upon returning, we found the vehicle had been pulled into the shop for paint touch ups, so we could not drive it. We were told it would be ready Monday or Tuesday. We indicated great interest (we had every intention of purchasing it- barring a bad test drive or Carproof report) and left both home & cell numbers. No messages Monday or Tuesday. By Wed am I left a message for Pedram asking when it would be ready. No return call. At 5 pm-ish I called the main number and asked for him. When he finally came to the phone, I was told that the vehicle had been sold out from under us. Pedram did not make any effort to contact us and give us a heads up that someone else was interested, or have the courtesy to call and tell us that it was no longer available. I really would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Poor attitude regarding customer service. More

She even got their shuttle service to drop me off and pick me up. My car needed a bit of work (it is older 2005), her knowledge and professionalism helped me make an informed decision. There was no pressure for me to do any repairs it was my choice. I would recomend Cambridge Kia to my family and friends for service on their car even if it isnt a kia. It a clean and welcoming environment. More

First off a standard oil change for $53 where they charge labour? Ridiculous. Got my winter tires on after lots of phone calls back and forth. What was said to be 45 mins became 90 mins. Then I got home and realized they didn't send me the tire rebate form and one of the tire caps was missing. Told that 4 winter floor mats would be $190 so I said yes, couldn't find the back ones when I came to get them. Phoned early next week to say they were here and I said I'd be in the following Saturday. Came in Saturday they had no recollection and wanted to charge me another $170 on top of the $180 I spent. Ended up being late for work while they tried to find the back mats that I was phoned to say they were in. Once I speak to the service guy that told me the prices I'm never getting service done there again! So angry about my experience! More

Unacceptble Service Attitude I went in to have the warranty on my recently new-to-me Kia transferred into my name so that I would be the owner-of-record for any manufacturer updat I went in to have the warranty on my recently new-to-me Kia transferred into my name so that I would be the owner-of-record for any manufacturer updates, recall,s, offers, etc. I was not listened to; was told ownership was by VIN No. not owner name, e.g. the previous owner was the owner-of-record, not me & would get any manufacturer updates, etc. I persevered & tried to get a quote for snow tire rims, the clerk just rambled off numbers. & didn't even ask or listen to what I was saying re size of tires, etc. I will not be having my car serviced at this Kia dealership. Customer Service Canada was able to handle this request to my satisfaction.. More
