Cabot Ford is Pathetic,incapable,unprofessional,incompetent This Ford dealership is undoubtedly the worst service department I have ever had the displeasure to deal with . The girls on the counter are clueless This Ford dealership is undoubtedly the worst service department I have ever had the displeasure to deal with . The girls on the counter are clueless , passive , derogatory and dismissive and are incapable of keeping their word or scheduled appointment times. We had our vehicle in for a heater actuator replacement and was charged 1400 for the repair and came out of shop with the airbag light on .Rather than prioritize us as they should have for their mistake, we put truck back in shop and have been waiting 3 days and still not back in and repaired. They have no service manager , but a parts manager acting as one, who is out of touch with the goings on in scheduling but admitted that their service is lousy and they are having staffing troubles and high turnover rates with staff. If we get this truck back.......we are done with them and are taking our business elsewhere as should anybody reading this review. It is no wonder their review section on their webpage is disabled. Impossible to get service on the phone and I have had to drive in to get any answers. More

Beautiful new building, truly terrible customer service. From a former customer perspective, this bad service at Cabot Lincoln appears consistent and part of the culture there. I would recommend to avoid all together. It was honestly painful to deal with them. More
PM service They never call you back !!! Never fixed the problem! And don't care. Worst service possible. AVIOD at all cost!!! Explorer was in for a loud noise. C They never call you back !!! Driving over the hwy back home, the belt or something, started to burn up. Car ended up at dealership again, after being towed to Bay Roberts Ford, and then to Avalon Ford and then to Cabot! This time with roadside. Left messages for staff to call back, or to get a loaner. Nothing!!!!! 5 days later. Still don't have anything to drive and nobody has called me back. Done with Ford customer service !!! More

Poor management and customer service on all levels, to the point where managers refuse to talk to costumers when they have issues. Dealership refused to honor warranty in way of a replacement vehicle when vehicle was broken down. More
