I was very impressed with Chantelle Mann .For a young lady she carried herself with a high level of professionalism that generally years of experience only gives you . I asked about changing over tires and then asked to have a tonneau cover removed off the trade in 2000 Mazda as the truck we purchased had an older cover with a broken clasp . These are the little things that make a big difference. To summarize I felt like I was buying a car from a friend or someone I had known for a long time. I have worked in sales for many years holding various positions so I have worked with managed and trained many sales people. Bottom line I will recommend Chantelle and Bustard Chrysler to others great job Chantelle!!!!! More

As we all know, buying a big ticket item like a home, property or a vehicle; it can be a very anxious time and overwhelming. I had heard about Bustards from another couple in my home town who had purchas property or a vehicle; it can be a very anxious time and overwhelming. I had heard about Bustards from another couple in my home town who had purchased a vehicle from Bustards and they had mentioned how great their experience had been. They also suggested strongly that I get in touch with Aaron Biliski, sales consultant, which I did. We corresponded by email several times and right away I had a very good feeling about this man and the way he presented himself and the information and advise he gave me. No pressure, just assistance in a friendly and courteous manner. My Wife and I finally decided to purchase a new 2014 Grand Caravan and contacted Aaron. He turned the whole experience of purchasing our new vehicle from Bustards into the most pleasant and satisfactory event that it could possibly have been. Combined with Christianne Wattam and Matthew Lofthouse who all worked splendidly with Aaron, we left the dealership with a beautiful 2014 Grand Caravan, all finance details professionally taken care of, license plates installed, insurance in order, an outstanding price and an over all well being of the purchase. Nothing was hidden and everything was up front. Aaron and I went through the operation and workings of the new van; showing me all the aspects of safe operation before I drove away. They even give you the first oil change free with their dealership. This may sound like an almost "too good to be true" experience for a buyer, but it WAS!!! Thanks Aaron, Christianne and Matthew. When I was looking for a new vehicle, I didn't know where to start. I visited other dealers only to find the prices weren't right. Gary came out that cold Thursday night and answered questions, took my name & number because they were having a great sale that weekend. He called to book a time and gave me the time when I got there on Saturday! I got an awesome deal on an awesome vehicle and was thrilled with the service I received from all the staff involved. In July/August of 2013, I purchased a 2005 Chrysler Pacifica from Bustard Motors in Waterloo. Gary was the sales rep that I dealt with on the vehicle, and for the most part, I was very pleased with the Pacifica from Bustard Motors in Waterloo. Gary was the sales rep that I dealt with on the vehicle, and for the most part, I was very pleased with the experience. The vehicle was, and still is in excellent condition considering it's age. It was clear to me that they do not accept just any used vehicle. At the time of purchase, there was a deep stone chip in the front windshield, which was to be repaired or the windshield was to be replaced. When I picked up the vehicle, the option had been made to make a repair. On December 9th, 2013, on the drive to work, there was a loud crack (heard over the radio by my passenger and I both), and a 6-inch horizontal crack appeared from the point of the stone chip repair. Within 10 minutes, there was a crack 75% across the windshield over the heater vent, looking like a happy face spreading symmetrically across the windshield. From my perspective, this could only have been caused by the temperature variation between outside (cold) and inside the vehicle (heater on defrost), regardless... I contacted Bustard Motors, spoke with the customer service representative and explained what had happened. I was advised that they would explain what had happened and call me back. I received a call back shortly thereafter (within 30 minutes) and was advised that due to the length of time that had elapsed that they could not replace it for free, but would be willing to do the repair at a price below the insurance deductible. Had there been some other impact to the windshield, or the crack had appeared elsewhere, I would not have been fine with the decision. Not being satisfied with this response, the next day I went down to the dealership to discuss the issue further. I spoke with the receptionist, explained the situation, and asked her to come and take a look, as I wanted to show what had occurred. I was advised to contact the owner of the dealership, Bill Bustard, and explain what had happened. At the time, the owner was away from the office, but within hours I had received a response saying that the windshield replacement would be completed at no cost. I received a call the next day to schedule the repair. The repair was completed on the following Friday. There is only one thing that I was truly uncomfortable with during my experience with this dealer (and this does not relate to the dealership as a whole, as they are all warm, professional and truly friendly people dedicated to their customers). I was not overly impressed with the high-pressure sales tactics applied during the post-purchase attempt to sell me extended warranty coverage. I was told that I "would" need drivetrain coverage. This gave me the perception that there was a problem with the vehicle, after I had purchased it. I opted out. So far, there have been no issues, and the vehicle purrs along beautifully. Bustard Motors has earned my future business, and I would recommend any friends or people asking for recommendations to this dealership. This is the first time I have experienced true "customer service" above and beyond expectation. G.Gibson More
