Unable to get through to service department My vehicle needed an oil change - simple enough. I phoned a total of 5 times over two days to get connected to the service department, but nobody pic My vehicle needed an oil change - simple enough. I phoned a total of 5 times over two days to get connected to the service department, but nobody picked up. I phoned the manager and left a message - no response. I live 3 minutes from Burlington Toyota, but will have to now travel 30 minutes to Ancaster Toyota. Very disappointed. More

No pressure! My only complaint was that the business office wasn't aware about the bank being closed for 3 days due to rememberance day. I couldn't get my money order so we had to do my delivery one day later. It wasn't a problem as i was off the next day anyway! This was my second Toyota and I didn't consider anything else. More
