Even when it comes to test drive duration, Budd’s Mazda was the longest test drive I had, which gives you more time to feel the car you are testing and gets used to it. Katie Andrews knows her The main reason I own a Mazda 3 and continue to own the same vehicle for the last 11 years is due to the service department. Katie Andrews knows her clients very well, such that I only need to say I'm coming in and she knows what service needs to be done. She is polite, highly knowledgeable and efficient. She always does right for her clients. I also like having women in the Service Centre as this makes for a much more comfortable experience, where I'm not treated as though I know nothing about cars because I am a female. Kudos all around to the Service Department. More
