Good service, but not good at keeping their word I have had my pre owned vehicle in for several appointments since I purchased it. The customer service desk was great. They greeted me kindly, and kept me up to date with regards to when my vehicle was ready. Unfortunately, only the winter tires appointment was actually necessary. When I purchased my pre owned vehicle back in October, there were a few small things that needed to be fixed, and I was assured that they would be fixed prior to me picking up my vehicle. I was told that these were quick fixes, and they would have no problem having them done over the 3 days before I picked up the vehicle. None of the items that were supposed to be fixed were completed when I came to pick up my vehicle. These issues have since been rectified, but I had to bring my car in on two additional separate occasions to get this issues resolved. For the last of the repairs, a small window switch I was told that I would be contacted when the part came in. When I came in to have my winter tires done, I asked about if my switch was in, and I was told that it had come in on the weekend. I was never notified of this, and then had to book another appointment, which I had to wait to weeks to get. The repairs were eventually done, but it really shouldn't have taken so long. More

Welcoming, dependable and good value from start to finish! I have recently installed 4 new Michelin winter tires with free storage. Katie was very helpful in setting up my appointment and explaining the servic I have recently installed 4 new Michelin winter tires with free storage. Katie was very helpful in setting up my appointment and explaining the service procedures and eligible dealership discount to me. The service took about an hour, during that time I relaxed in the guest lounge, enjoying a rich cup of Muldoon’s Flying Scotsman coffee~ Katie walked over to the lounge to notify a few customers including me that the cars were ready to go, along with a complimentary carwash. The personable approach is uncommon at the parts department (my service experience at other dealerships have been passive). Andrea helped prepare the bill payment. She emailed me a copy, and showed me how to claim a rebate from Michelin. Both Katie and Andrea sincerely thanked me for the business. I almost felt like I was in Japan... By the way, the parts department washroom was pleasant and well stocked. The dealership is in the right direction: engaging customers with dependable service and competitive promotions. I will go back for my next car! More

Terrific service Had my winter tires installed the other day. There was a full house people waiting for tire changes but since I had an appointment the car was immediately taken and the work was done in less than an hour including oil change and winter service. The whole staff is fantastic. Although I did not purchase the vehicle from them, they treat me like a valued and long time customer. This is my 6th Mazda and Budd's service is the best by far. More
