I brought my Santa Fe to fix a problem on the back door. When I went there by the end of the day to pick it up, there was a charge of $27.80 for a battery to the remote control that was perfectly working w When I went there by the end of the day to pick it up, there was a charge of $27.80 for a battery to the remote control that was perfectly working when I left it there. When I told them that I was never informed about that charge and there was no need to change the battery, the receptionist told me I could not have the car. I asked for the manager and he barely heard what she was saying and anticipated himself saying a big “NO, there is nothing to be done, if she does not pay it do not give her the car key”. The owner was right behind a column instructing them on what to tell me….. Seriously????? I buy a car that costs $25,000 and that is the way they treat me??? The minimum I would expect from them was to speak to me, not lead the receptionist from behind a column like two children. They really need more professionalism and politeness when dealing with clients. Was I less of a client just because I did not agree with something they did wrong??? More
