No pushy salesman here... only genuine automotive help My wife had kept hinting at me that she wanted a minivan. Being a car guy I had never looked twice at minivans... so I was a bit out of my automotive My wife had kept hinting at me that she wanted a minivan. Being a car guy I had never looked twice at minivans... so I was a bit out of my automotive comfort zone. I was about as comfortable buying one as I am shopping for tampons... so needless to say I was a little hesitant. To start, I have been to dealerships to buy cars and trucks before, but was always pushed away by their overly pushy sales routine and almost made you feel like you owed them something for letting you test drive their vehicle. Paul Crapo was in no way like this. He helped us realize what we needed in a vehicle, what we wished we could have, and then he was able to find a vehicle that was above our expectations and still in our price range. The most impressive feat to me was his willingness to spend time showing us different options and in now way ever appearing to be put off like we were wasting his time looking at all the different options. His knowledge and ability to compare between different vehicles and manufacturers helped to understand what we needed in a vehicle. We hadn't planned on purchasing the vehicle that day. I had spent a week or so on kijiji and autotrader previous to our visit so I knew what kind of price it 'could be' if I didn't go through a dealership. After talking with Paul and Max Heersink (the finance guy), I honestly had no doubt in my mind that they had done everything in their power to find the vehicle we wanted with the most possible options and at the most competitive price possible, that we ended up going through with the purchase that same day (no pressure needed). haha. We are very happy with the vehicle we purchased and the overall staff co-operativity of the Bridge City Team. Thanks again Paul and Max, you made buying a minivan as comfortable and enjoyable process possible. I will recommend you to any hesitant man with a growing family that I can find. :) More
