I could not believe the pressure, phone calls, emails, spam, popup live chat that you couldn't get rid of from so many of the places we visited. We narrowed It down to a Mango Tango Jeep Cherokee Trail hawk. Memory kicks in Len. Where Else!!!!!! One thing that really stands out with Bridge City, the people. Friendly, Knowledgeable, relaxed, enjoyable. What an absolute pleasure. We had bought three other vehicles years ago with Len's help. Emailed, spoke with Len. He put me in contact with Tiff so he could coach his team. Tiffany knew the Jeep inside and out, she had the Service Manager call me with a concern I had, excellent. Clarence was absolutely delightful to work with as was Leanne in doing up all the tedious paperwork. They do not try and fool you or blow smoke up your a** with a bunch of crap. They are straight forward and upfront about all costs, taxes and fees. No hiding something until the last minute, then springing it on you. We traveled two hours to deal with them when there is a Dodge dealer in my home town only a few blocks away! Overall a very gratifying experience.\ I LOVE MY CHALLENGER!! More

One of the best experiences thus far with a dealership I had been looking to replace my 2002 Ford Focus SVT with another vehicle. After a lot of research I had the Dodge Dart 1.4L Turbo on my top 3 lists. I had been looking to replace my 2002 Ford Focus SVT with another vehicle. After a lot of research I had the Dodge Dart 1.4L Turbo on my top 3 lists. For numerous months trying to negotiate with a number of local dealers in my area proved to be very disappointing. Some would not move a penny on their price, others would not call me back for a month, in one case I showed up to a dealership an hour away and was shown a completely different vehicle and was then told that they could do nothing for me. I finally came across a 2014 Dodge Dart Aero 1.4L Turbo 6 speed manual Red in colour at Bridge City Chrysler. From the first interactions via email Paul Crapo was very professional and courteous. He answered my numerous emails, not just portions of them like others had done, but each and every question was addressed. He was very patient and helped me get a deal we could both agree on. Max Heersink was also very polite and professional, he was willing to take the time to answer all my inquiries and made me feel good about my purchase and helped me get a great loan rate. Sheldon Epp was also very accommodating finding parts for my car. I have dealt with numerous dealerships for the past 3 years trying to find a replacement car, this is by far the best experience I've had. Even though Bridge City Chrysler is well over 5 hours away from me in Edmonton, I made the trip due to the outstanding service I received that I did not get from dealerships that were 5 minutes away from me.
