Patient, knowledgable, fantastic! We were in the market for a new mini van. We had been shopping around and I was sold on another model from another dealership. Thomas was thorough and patient with me as I examined each nook and cranny of the mini vans he showed us. He was very knowledgable and honest with every question we had. We left there that day not sure about the pervious dealership. We went back to Bridge City and threw Thomas a curve ball, asking him to show us the demo van as well as some used vans. Something I was completely against before dealing with Thomas. He was quick to find us exactly what we were looking for and to make sure we could test drive it immediately. Once again we were impressed with how much knowledge Thomas had in each vehicle we were in. We signed the papers that day. One week later we picked up our new to us mini van that was exactly the way Thomas promised it. Thomas has a no pressure attitude that will have us coming back again and again.
