And just so you know, the little things made us really happy such as helping us set up our phones and providing a full tank of gas...that was unexpected and really nice as it was cold outside :) I had to stop by the next day about the remote start and without any notice, Ross took the time to help me reprogram my options. The staff had an excellent sense of humour and the finance end of it was fast and easy. No extra trips was great and everything was ready for us to sign and drive away. Very pleased. We are just waiting to hear from you that we won the $45,000. More

Purchase of our 2017 RAM 1500 Upon seeing this truck parked in the showroom my curiosity was aroused. I had just brought in my 2015 Grand Cherokee which I had also purchased from Upon seeing this truck parked in the showroom my curiosity was aroused. I had just brought in my 2015 Grand Cherokee which I had also purchased from Sheldon Kelly earlier to have an oil change. While waiting in the customer service area I began to wander around the showroom. The price tag hanging in the window caught my eye and the length of the truck box appealed to me. After some questions were answered I was directed to Sheldon's office where he came out and showed me the truck and all its features. After showing the truck to my wife and meeting again with Sheldon we decided to take it for a test drive the next day. We appreciated the willingness of Sheldon to guide us patiently(and I mean patiently!) through the process of purchasing the truck. After the deal was complete with the financial advisers, Sheldon took us out to the truck and walked us through all its' features including all the electronic settings. We found this very helpful and informative. Once again we found Sheldon courteous, friendly and helpful and made our experience a very positive one. We also found Mike Burley and Chris Anroldussen very clear and courteous when explaining the various financial options. All together an impressive team! More

They were up front about price, patient, and knowledgeable about their product. There seemed to be no hidden sales agenda. It was more like, "these are the vehicles we have that fit your criteria. I hope that you like one of them", and that is why we walked away with a 2017 Jeep patriot. Time will tell how this vehicle will be in the long run, but we are happy with our purchase. I am totally comfortable going back to them with any issues or questions we may have in the future. We checked out a couple of different car dealerships, but ended up back at Bridge city because of how low key and comfortable it felt working with them. More
