Nov 2, 2020 We had a morning appt (10:30) to have tires changed on both our vehicles. The rims my husband had did not fit his new GMC truck. That was fine as we would deal with it. We waited to have my wi changed on both our vehicles. The rims my husband had did not fit his new GMC truck. That was fine as we would deal with it. We waited to have my winters installed which are on rims by the way. It went in the shop at 11:35 by 1pm they had done nothing. At 1;30 I said give me my vehicle back. Three hours later!!! Never ever again will I darken their doors. My husband will only return for warranty work. Poorly run!!! More

I will never go there again I would give them a zero if i could. Bought a used car from them with them telling us that we will have no problem bringing the car into the states. But they mislead us. After we got the car I found out at the border that we couldn't bring it over. I went back to the dealership after only owning the car for a month and they said they wouldn't take the car back. They then tried to get me in to trading up to a car that would cross over. Acting as they where helping us out. But really they were trying to make more money off of us because they know we where backed into a corner. They would barely work with us on the price would not to help us out. Based on the numbers they gave me they where basically trying to get us to pay for both cars and making money off of the hard situation they helped get us into. The used car manager would not even talk to me on the phone. I understand they are a business and they need to make money. I respect that, but the customers are the ones who buy their products but they clearly do not care about the customer and only care about making the most money they can. A lot of people told me they where not a good dealership and I should of listened. More
