Just very bad experience Sonny the business manager awsome. But everything that happened after that was brutal. I bought 2017 journey gt out of the show room. Didn't even clean the vehicle. When they put my plates on from my old truck didn't bother to wash them just put them on dirty. Salesman didn't bother to sit with me inside new car to show me any features. I get halfway down the road and realize my navigation screen is loose in the dash. I return and the salesman fluffs me off sends me to service. This should not have even happened if he had done his job and gone over vehicle before I got there. And to put the final nail in the coffin they shorted the buy out of my old vehicle and now iam on the hook for that. And now Iam told I need brakes. Never again BRAMPTON CHRYSLER More

No more Express Lube Lane I have been taking my Van for the last 10 years to this location for the oil change at Express Lube Lane. Usually, it takes 30 min and around $ 40 for I have been taking my Van for the last 10 years to this location for the oil change at Express Lube Lane. Usually, it takes 30 min and around $ 40 for the oil change. For last 2 times, the Express Lube Lane is closed and have to go through the regular service bay. The waiting time increased to over 3 hours and now it costs over $ 80 for an oil and filter change. Won't go to this place again. More

Over charged for heater repair I have been using this service since 2013 for my Jeep Wrangler with no problems. Then my heater stopped working. They said I need a heater core flus I have been using this service since 2013 for my Jeep Wrangler with no problems. Then my heater stopped working. They said I need a heater core flush for $500 and if this doesn't work I will need a heater core replacement for an additional $1500. So I do the flush and it still does not heat up inside the interior. So I bring it back and ask them to fix it right. After leaving it for 2 days they say the temperature coming out of the vents is to spec at 70 degrees. But it still does not heat up sufficiently in the interior. After getting the "I'll check with my manager" run around they offer me 5 % off on a $2000 repair. This is insulting! I could rebuild the engine for $2000. Plus I asked for a quote on some LED headlights cause the stock ones I have are noticeably dim. They quote me $500 plus 2 hours installation. I checked Amazon and I can get LED headlights with halo lights for $200 that install in less than an hour. Service prices at this dealer are crazy high. Stay away unless you can afford to burn your money. Never going back! More

I have brought a few vehicles to this service center, and was deeply disappointed EVERY time (I guess some people never learn) each time, I have made an appointment to have something done, but they can not complete the (simple) task of completing the job. I brought my car in last night to fix an electrical issue that affects my headlights not working. My appointment was at 3pm, was told I would be called or texted with updates. Approx. 7:30pm, I went back to find out what the status was, and it hadn't even been touched and the electrical guy left early at 5pm. So, if I hadn't gone in, I would be without a vehicle right now. The receptionist didn't give a flying crap about anything, and shrugged her shoulders, as to say, "oh well, I don't care, not my problem" This is not the first horrible experience with this dealership. Please save yourself the headache and find a better dealer. More
