I had transmission problems recently and both John and Aric Dobres put my mind at ease immediately and ensured me that the extended warranty I purchased would cover this expense. Aric assisted me through this process with everything including arranging for my loaner car, getting my car back quickly and having the paperwork ready when the car was picked up.
