My sales associates name was Drew Pearson and the sales manager is Roy Janz and they both went back on there word with what was included in the price, absolutely disgusting the way they treat there customers, then we talked to the general sales manager Connor Gregory and he was just as bad and very rude to us, very bad way to run a business. Reposting this review because they seen the review in the first paragraph and cancelled the deal and gave me my money back. How sad is it that I make a deal after them being extremly rude and and dishonest with me and trying to screw me over for they're own mistake and not trying to work with me to get close to what the original price we made a deal for was. They never owned up or apologized for anything and yet I still bought it at they're asking price because I really liked the truck and as soon as they seen my review witch they 100 percent deserved especially after they were so rude to me the whole time and how bad the service was, They canceled the deal and kicked me out of the building just because they got a bad review how pathetic is that... I was nice and understanding the whole process leading up to both the deals we made and instead of owning up too they're mistakes or apologizing for all the time I wasted. They take back the deal we made and that i played for already at they're own asking price! Simply cause they dont know how to do they're Jobs and I called them out on it in a review to help other people decide where they want to buy a vehicle from and just trying to help others with my own experience. Very dissatisfied with how they handled the situation and how they treated me as a customer I hope I helped some of you decide if they deserve your business or not. More
