I recently stopped in to get a price for a block heater install, I purchased my Lexus 300NX used from another dealership and I had a credit with them so my thought was that I would use that to get the wor install, I purchased my Lexus 300NX used from another dealership and I had a credit with them so my thought was that I would use that to get the work done, they quoted me 3 hours and $400! Of course I left and went to Birchwood Lexus, the moment you walk into the service your greeted with a smile and a hello and it just gets better from there. Jeremy was able to fit me in that afternoon and did the job much less and in a fraction of the time (1 hour) I was also very impressed that he brought me out to ask my input on the location of the cord, little things like this will keep me coming back for a very long time. Will definitely be bringing my vehicle only to Birchwood Lexus for it's maintenance. More
