Then they fixed my engine light for free because it was under my warranty and the shuttle was super convienant. Ended the impeccable with a free car wash. Couldn't be happier. More

respectful service advisor everytime i call mechanic shops i always feel like the person on the other end of the phone treated me like i didnt know what i was talking about and everytime i call mechanic shops i always feel like the person on the other end of the phone treated me like i didnt know what i was talking about and assumed that because im a female that i am clueless entirely to vehicles. this is something ive just gotten used to, but ill let you know that ill be taking my car to lyle at kia west from now on, talking to him on the phone he listened to what i said unlike most mechanics ive had to deal with in the past. he was very respectful and answered all my questions, im really happy that ive found lyle because i dont feel nervous about the next time i have to get my car serviced or the next time i have to call for a question. he just seems like he genuinely cares about each and every customer he has and being a automotive technician myself who genuinely cares im just really happy to of talked to lyle yesterday More

New to Dealership Did some research and decided to bring my 2018 Kia Forte to them for snow tires and first oil change. When I brought the car in, I realized I forgot some paperwork and thought I would have to rebook the oil change but they came through and took care of things for me. No need for a second appointment! Tires are now in their storage and I look forward to going back to them for future service calls! More

The shuttle service offered was very convenient for me and they have great coffee there waiting for you… After the service was done to my car a follow up by paper and PDF To my email is done to myself. they checked everything over in my car and left me with the piece of mind my car is in good shape… This was extra at no charge. It’s good to have a piece of mind that your car is in good working order. Thank you KIA More
