Once I was given their offer to purchase, I took almost an hour crunching numbers to be sure that I paid the price that I was comfortable with. At no point did I feel pressure to buy during the negotiation (which is everyone's least favourite part of buying a vehicle.) The finance department offered all options to protect my vehicle without pressuring me to take any of them. (I did end up taking the 160,000 km warranty because why wouldn't you?). Wonderful overall experience. More
