No follow through and both the sales and service dept couldn’t get simple things done. Purchased a truck and requested minor repairs were missed, it wasn’t even cleaned properly, found previous owners h couldn’t get simple things done. High pressure calls everyday from the service dept to schedule the truck to get things fixed that they missed and then not knowing what actually needed to get done - poor communication between sales and service.
