Later the service adviser called and explained that there was an unexpected delay starting work on my vehicle and work probably could not completed by end of day. I explained my wife needed the vehicle for work the next day and we would try to rent a vehicle. The service adviser arranged a rental and offered shuttle service to the rental facility. Rental car was ready when we arrived. Own vehicle was ready by 9:00 AM next morning. Service adviser (Albert) provided great customer service. More
