They really need to figure their appointments out if a person books for a 11 am appointment for an oil change on a sat I would hope it’s done in an hour at most when asked how long they said a few hours person books for a 11 am appointment for an oil change on a sat I would hope it’s done in an hour at most when asked how long they said a few hours ?????????? I asked to be called when the car was done I would be waiting in town at a friends hoping to be an hour at most I called at 1:00 asked if my car was done ? Confused 2 hours later no call I was told yes my car was done and waiting for me . Where was the call ???? this is not the first time either then to be charged 100 and some dollars for a regular oil change that was it feeling a bit frustrated will go back as it’s the Honda closest to me but I would really hope they value my time like I am to value theirs More

Took my vehicle in for tire change over - tires were on rims - told the service advisor that the lug nuts & locking nuts were in a bag in the trunk - she noted that. When I returned to pick up my vehicle rims - told the service advisor that the lug nuts & locking nuts were in a bag in the trunk - she noted that. When I returned to pick up my vehicle 2 hours later, the tires were mounted with the old lug nuts from the winter tires. Back into the shop and had to wait probably 20 minutes. When I had the winters mounted in the fall - my lug nuts & locking nuts were missing - took a while for them to find them & the vehicle was not ready when promised. Service at this dealership used to be top notice, but seems to have gone downhill lately - mostly a lack of communication. More
