I really am not sure how this dealership has won awards. Awards for ripping you off maybe. Other mechanics that have looked at my car laughed at me for paying for the services I got at Honda. Then, as im paying my $1200 bill, they tell me I need to change my timing belt on my next visit. WELL, I drive a 2013 civic and IT DOESNT EVEN HAVE A TIMING BELT. Im sure they would have charged me for the service though. They gave me a free oil change for my last bad review but, I wouldnt trust them to fix my vacuum let alone the thing I drive everyday. More

It was a fully covered warranty service so there was no reason for any up-sell tactics the Service Dept have been known for, while the vehicle is in the shop and on the hoist. The Advisor handled my repair in a very friendly, efficient manner and the shuttle driver was courteous, friendly and professional. More
