I needed a reliable vehicle and was online shopping. I called Bannister for information regarding the availability of a new to newer Honda CRV. After completing my decision (and coming from out of tow I called Bannister for information regarding the availability of a new to newer Honda CRV. After completing my decision (and coming from out of town) I called ahead to arrange the purchase speaking to Tracy Evans, Sales Manager. She went the extra mile to assist me. She told me everything I would require to make the purchase, trade in my old vehicle and had all the other departments ready for my arrival. Kay from the financial department was quick and pleasant to work with. Sierra Odermatt, took me through the features and ensured the vehicle was set up exactly for me before I drove it off the lot.
