Great Sales Experience and Service! This is the second honda we have purchased but the first from Bannisters. ( other one is a civic si- 11 years old). Since moving to Vernon 10 years ago our civic has only been serviced at this dealership and we have had great experience with the service department. When we decided to purchase another vehicle, Honda was at the top of our list and the introduction of the new HR-V definitely made our mind up. Jason was very friendly, courteous and great to deal with along with Ryan who helped us on the financial side. I also want to acknolowedge the service we received from the Capri Insurance lady ( sorry I could not remember her name) as she was very charismatic and a joy to work with. When the day came to pick up our new HR-V, Don Hodgin came out and welcomed us to the Honda family and then I could see why there was such high reviews for this dealership. Don is very passionate, and that passion can be seen throughout the dealership personnel. This was the sales experience I was expecting and am glad we purchsed from Bannisters. More
