Went over and above with the service on our Honda Pilot! Took my wife's Honda Pilot in for a service and some recall checks from Honda. The Honda jobs turned out to be more extensive and replacement parts ha Took my wife's Honda Pilot in for a service and some recall checks from Honda. The Honda jobs turned out to be more extensive and replacement parts had to be ordered. The vehicle would not be road worthy until the new parts could be fitted and they would take a day to arrive. Tammy kept us fully briefed with the situation and arranged a brand new courtesy vehicle for us to. Costs of repair covered by Honda and our Pilot received a much needed clean. Exceptional service While on holidays, the block in our 08 Honda cracked. We learned it was under recall so we limped it to Bannister Honda. We were in a difficult situation and unplanned circumstance but this dealership went out of their way to accommodate us and get us back on the road.
