Andree did a very thorough search that day to try and locate a replacement tire, but none could be found in BC or Alberta and so an order was placed back east. We had mentioned our original plans for going home on the 30th, but it seemed more likely that the new tire would arrive on Jan. 3rd. Much to our delight and surprise, the tire came in on the 29th and the car was already for us to pick up that afternoon! When we went in the following day, Tammy had the paperwork ready and our car looked and drove like brand new. It had actually been vacuumed inside and all the road dirt and salt washed away from the outside! We are not sure of all the names of those who may have worked on the car, so wish to thank everyone at the dealership for their great customer and car service! You definitely have our highest recommendation and sincere gratitude. More

Service visit I booked a service appointment for my 2012 Ridgeline on January 3, 2017. I dropped off my unit with Tammy who had booked my appointment. Once all info was taken care of she had Myron (shuttle driver) take me to my office. Once servicing was completed later that afternoon, Myron picked me up and delivered my back to the dealership. Tammy had documents already, truck had been completely gone through with all service updates. I am very happy with the prompt service and all aspects of the visit. Car Died and was stranded I was visiting for Christmas in Vernon, the day before I had to go home my car died.
