Save me $100s and Time I have a 2011 Honda Ridgeline. Love it.... At the beginning of March I had heavy snow fall on my wiper blades while they were turned on and it rende I have a 2011 Honda Ridgeline. Love it.... At the beginning of March I had heavy snow fall on my wiper blades while they were turned on and it rendered the driver's side blade useless - stopped working all together. I called one auto repair place and explained the problem. They wanted me to drop the vehicle off to them for the day and they would order and install a whole new assembly. Motor and all !!! Then I contacted Bannister Honda and explained the exact same problem to Ricky. He said "come on down and I will tighten that nut". Saved me lots of money and time that I did not have. He showed me what the problem was and fixed it on the spot without any waiting! This week I got a recall service done there and spare key cut. Great service from booking to picking up at the end. Got a shuttle ride back and forth with Maynard as the driver. Great courteous service from everyone More
