Please do not trust your vehicle in this establishment. I took my car there for services for a couple years and a repair. I now drive to Kelowna Honda for proper care. In all the services I had, every si I took my car there for services for a couple years and a repair. I now drive to Kelowna Honda for proper care. In all the services I had, every single time I was told there was nothing wrong. I had a shudder in my car for almost 2 years despite this. I brought it in solely to fix this issue. They could not source the reason nor fix it. I took it to a tire mechanic shop and they immediately diagnosed the CV shafts and fixed it perfectly. Years of avoiding the Vernon location later I get a notice of a recall for my model. Being that this location is closest to where I live I book the service check and repair that the letter states I should. I receive a call from service advisor declining my appointment as the store does not have the parts to fix it. I say that the letter states it is important to my personal safety to at least have it inspected to see if the car is damaged before I continue to commute daily in it. The advisor again refuses and says he'll put me on a call list for when the parts come in. I now have an immediately scheduled appt at Kelowna Honda including a full check, repair, and courtesy shuttle to and from work. I want to share my experience so you can make a better decision where to trust your personal safety and your vehicles maintenance. That place is not here. More
