Having attended at the Kelowna Honda dealership and receiving no service after being in their car lot for 20 minutes I am a resident of Kelowna, BC. Having attended at the Kelowna Honda dealership and receiving no service after being in their car lot for 20 minutes, I made my way to the Vernon Bannister Honda dealership. Within 5 minutes of being in the Vernon Bannister Honda car lot, Jason Tissington met me in the lot to view various vehicles I was interested in. He went out of his way to provide exceptional service. He stayed long after the office hours had closed to ensure I had the opportunity to test drive a number of vehicles, and was very helpful and respectful. Likewise, Udai Singha spent time with me discussing the financial aspects of my purchase and was exceptionally helpful. It was a wonderful experience and the staff and management were a pleasure to deal with.
