Service Appointment Service appointment was seamless from the time I booked it up to and including when I picked it up at the end of the day. Tammy is very efficient and Service appointment was seamless from the time I booked it up to and including when I picked it up at the end of the day. Tammy is very efficient and professional( as always) - she was able to book the appointment on the day I requested. The courtesy ride was waiting as soon as my vehicle was dropped off in the morning and arrived to pick me up right on time at the end of the day and my vehicle was waiting having been serviced and freshly washed and vacuumed. I was in and out of the dealership in a timely manner and felt like a valued customer. More

Last year my experience was amazing, this year really bad. It is unfortunate that my experience was less than satisfactory as I have had nothing but great experiences in the past. The one staff member I was It is unfortunate that my experience was less than satisfactory as I have had nothing but great experiences in the past. The one staff member I was left to deal with this round was not pleasant since the moment I had her on the phone trying to make my appointment. Upon my appointment she didn't want to listen or hear any of my concerns. She was rude, impatient, didn't crack a smile once and was speaking over me when I was trying to explain the situation with my vehicle. Needless to say I picked my vehicle up at the end of the day and the problem was not resolved (I explained what it was but she refused to hear me) and the other issue she was going to look into for me was not addressed. More
