Not good My car is not even 1year old. It went in for an oil change. Was told it would be washed and vacuumed. Not only was that not done but they left grease My car is not even 1year old. It went in for an oil change. Was told it would be washed and vacuumed. Not only was that not done but they left grease marks on my leather interior, they left their paper mat covers in my car and had my cargo cover on my front seat. They didn’t reset my oil life indicator. Told me my battery wasn’t very good but said Honda wouldn’t replace it at this stage and told me I had a automatic transmission leak so I would have to come back in 3weeks. I’m so disappointed 🙁 just not what I expected from Honda’s Canadian car dealership of the year. How the heck did that happen!!!!! More

Great staff and friendly service! We were at Banister getting our CRV serviced and ended up buying a truck! Khoa is amazing! He did so much to help us get the truck we love! Udai was very friendly and extremely helpful as well. We were always greeted warmly and promptly attended to. The only reason I deducted 1 star was due to the amount of time we had to wait for our truck to be ready. I am happy the service people caught the problems and fixed them as best as possible before we left. We understand that the circumstance was unforeseeable, but being from out of town it turned a long day into a very long day. Thank you Udai and Khoa for helping us throughout the day. As far as the service on our CRV, everything is fine. Steve at the service department is friendly and explained the repairs well. Thank you! More
