EXCELLENT FRIENDLY SERVICE While in BC for holidays, our Honda Ridgeline suddenly displayed a warning light on the dash. A quick google search found the closest dealer, Bannister Honda, in Vernon, and we booked an appointment for the next day. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by Lauren Brown who assured us our day would improve immediately. She quickly documented our vehicle's issues, handed the keys over to a technician, and within a few minutes, we were enjoying quiet time in the guest lounge. Coffee and tea were available if needed. Within the hour Lauren returned to inform us that the service was completed, the vehicle washed and ready to go. Unfortunately a few days later, another warning light came on - meaning a repeat trip to Bannister Honda. This time, without an appointment, Lauren squeezed in our vehicle - and ushered us outside to the patio where we sat overlooking the beautiful view, and enjoying the sunshine. This time, the issue was the TPMS was identified as the culprit, problem solved, and again we were on our merry way. During our time there, a few of the salesmen stopped by to chat - some just to say "HI'. We found Lauren to be extremely customer oriented, efficient and very friendly. Thank you Lauren and Bannister Honda for turning a stressful situation into a positive outcome. More

Customer Service Superstars The transmission in Honda Pilot started acting up on my way home to Salmon Arm from Kelowna. I managed to limp it into Bannister in Vernon. We didn’t purchase our Pilot there and the warranty was through a different company but the Service Advisor, Lauren, was amazing. Even with us showing up right at closing, she got us in right away for a diagnostic test and let us leave it parked in their lot until we knew what our plan was. She was incredibly helpful, honest and knowledgeable and really eased the panic of broken down vehicle. Will definitely be back for our next vehicle purchase! Thank you!! More

Excellent Service Experience I brought in my 2007 Civic for a B service a few days ago. It turned out that my rear brake rotors and calipers were significantly rusted, so the leng I brought in my 2007 Civic for a B service a few days ago. It turned out that my rear brake rotors and calipers were significantly rusted, so the length of the service had to be extended by a few hours. Lauren was the person with whom I primarily interacted, and she was great. She went above and beyond what was required by showing me pictures of my car that she had taken at several stages during the service. I greatly appreciated this, as it demonstrated to me how serious the problem was and how well the service team dealt with it. In addition, she was very friendly throughout the entire experience. I hope that her superiors recognize her efforts. More
