Friendly, knowledgable and efficient. I’ve always enjoyed a positive service experience at Bannister Honda in Vernon. This morning was especially pleasant, as I was warmly greeted by L I’ve always enjoyed a positive service experience at Bannister Honda in Vernon. This morning was especially pleasant, as I was warmly greeted by Lauren at the Service desk, along with Technician, Todd who was smiling and eager to get started. Lauren was receptive to any concerns I had and her suggestion to have my car’s wheel-alignment checked in conjunction with the scheduled ‘B-Service’ and seasonal wheel/tire changeover proved to be wise. The alignment was found to be out of spec, adjustments were made and as a result my car now tracks better down the highway with less effort and likely reduced tire wear as well. I was comfortable waiting onsite in the Customer Lounge and was surprised how quickly the service was completed. My car is running great and I have greater peace of mind as winter driving conditions are nearly upon us. Thank you :) More

Riley helped us out on sereval occasions when it wasnt even his sale and never made us feel like it was a hassle. Shae was extremely helpful while dealing with our co signer who was across the province. Even when we had car problems the day after delivery, everyone at Bannister Honda was beyond helpful. They (Don and Jason) came straight to our car first thing in the morning, and delivered it back home all fixed and cleaned. Words cannot explain the amazing service we recieved. More

Needs a little work I love that they keep me informed of trade in programs. Makes me feel special with the personalized calls. Im normally happy with my service there. I was quoted a lot of money to get my brakes done. I feel like if they wanted my business they could have given me a few options and explanations instead of the biggest amount and then grudgingly saying well we can make it cheaper. I may have went with them doing the service if there was payment options. I also got quoted for some work that i think my extended warranty covers. If they had asked if i had extended warranty they may have got more work done on the vehicle at once instead of risking me taking it to someone else and paying them to do it. I asked the guy who called me when my vehicle was ready to ask the shuttle driver to pick me up. Waited half hr to 45 mins only to realize he never passed along the message. So we waited and waited until i finally called and asked him myself for a ride. He was there in less than 10 mins. I was supposed to stay after and look at other vehicle options for trade in for my other vehicle but we left. Didnt feel as important after that. More

Even though I wasn’t feeling well after an MVA they were quick to give me the service I needed to get me into a new Ridgeline and I truly appreciated that. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism. More

Unfixed I drove from Kamloops to get my rear differential fixed on my 2018 Ridgeline. I left with the fluid topped up and the suggestion that Kamloops Honda I drove from Kamloops to get my rear differential fixed on my 2018 Ridgeline. I left with the fluid topped up and the suggestion that Kamloops Honda would check the level. The problem wasn't fixed and I have to wait until next week to find out what it is. It was delivered on time and otherwise no problems occurred. More
