When leaving a message, one never gets a call back, and it always up to me to keep calling back and hope I connect with someone. Had the car in for a major work, and never got progress calls, unless I called in and somehow got a hold of one of the advisers. This was for a job that lasted almost 2+ weeks. I asked one of the salesmen (in person) if I could place a special order for a car (wanted certain model with extra row seating). Not available on the website, and not generally available in Canada, but took a chance and asked if we were to place an order in advance (1 year in advance), could it be available then. I know the answer would probably be no, but I never got a call back to give me a reply to my query. Appointments take a while to get when you do get through. The car rental representative (not part of BMW), always seems to give off a vibe of being in a bad mood. More
