Several emails to Karine Gagnon again my preferred sales rep, and she refuses responsibility. Redirect to Marc-Andre Rousseau again. Called and he said would call back, that was two days ago. Still didn't get a reply. Wondering what you are doing with my $1000 deposit? Friday 2016-04-21, sent email to Jean-François Tremblay Vice President General Director BMW Sainte-Julie jeanfrancois.tremblay@bmwsaintejulie.com. He replied saying that he's busy but will look into it and get back to me Monday. We are 2016-04-28, and i already sent two follow up emails without any reply! I tried experienceclient@groupeparkavenue.com today. Hppefully, it gets handled more efficient than the General Director!
