Delivery of New Car On October 12 3pm, the delivery of my 6th BMW was accomplished from the same dealer since my first deliver back in 2000 and also from the same Master On October 12 3pm, the delivery of my 6th BMW was accomplished from the same dealer since my first deliver back in 2000 and also from the same Master sales consultant, Nick Loffreda. I am honored and extremely pleased to have met Nick Loffreda back in 2000 who since then has delivered 6 BMW. He has become more than a Master sales consultant, he is a good friend. Every time I walk in the dealership, Nick greets me and makes me feel part of the establishment and at ease. I have dealt with other dealerships, and have yet to find anyone that even comes anywhere close to someone like Nick Loffreda. Also, my delivery was explained by this young sales consultant, Michael Altieri. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable, polite and someone who is definitely up and coming on the sales. Next step will be service and there is only one person in service I have dealt with with, Joe Buffone. The service that I have always received from Joe is IMPECCABLE. Whether it is a call, or email or in person, and putting into consideration Joe is also assisting other customers, Joe has always assisted me with patience, dedication and detailed explanation on the repairs.
