She then provided timely followups, accelerated car preparation once it arrived in Montréal, had me visit the SAV at prep center, taking 1 hour of her own time to do so. Multipled further niceties bear witness to this woman`s attention to detail and optics of delivery and car ordering that many sales reps simply cannot contend with. Ms Lemieux is an asset to the profession and to Canbec. I recommend without any hesitation or réservation. More

Un indicateur REAR LIGHT MALFUNCTION alors que toutes les lumières fonctionnaient. Lorsque j’ai pris possession du véhicule le soir même, l’indicateur était allumé dans le tableau bord et indiquait REAR LIGHT MALFUNCTION. La facture indiquait REAR BRAKE LIGHT (BOTH SIDES) BULB REPLACED. 2 semaines plus tard, alors que le problème persistait, j’ai ramené la voiture chez BMW Canbec. Le lendemain après-midi, j’allais chercher ma voiture, les lumières de frein de fonctionnaient pas. Au 3e jour, on me téléphonait pour m’aviser que ma voiture était prête, que le problème était juste un question que les codes avaient pas été effacées dans le tableau de bord. Pas d’excuse, pas d’explication. Courtoisie et serivce, pas une priorité chez Canbec. More

We sent an e-mail to the Service Manager and the General Manager - both e-mailed us back on the weekend, even though they were closed. First thing on the next business day, they contacted us to say that they checked the car and found the issue. They ordered the part, fixed our baby and had it ready the next day. Throughout the whole ordeal, we found the Service Department of Canbec to be super responsive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. We are thankful for their service. More
