Because there is No ICBC claim, it counts as No Accident car. We trade our bus. while we were making a deal Ford dealership called us and told us that they have a van. I didn't listen and didn't take the deal because we already shake hand on this deal. But later on I checked that Ford already send us an Email. They had same van with 9700 km ,2016 and No Accident. For $44995 and offered us for $43800. We went back and talked to Shawn the manager to get the difference back or take our bus back right the next day. they said no the bus is sold and we can't refund.The next day after he talk to general manager he called and said that to make you happy we will pay you for your dinner. Instead of paying the difference they offered to give us a dinner gift card. it suppose to make us happy.. Respond to Shawn and Dave; thank you for your response.
