Discovered a very minor issue shortly after we bought the car, called Greg and he got the ball rolling on the repair. Both Greg and Raveen were very professional in resolving what turned out to be a very minor repair the the washer fluid reservoir and arranged a loner for us to drive while it was done. More

The Best Used Car Dealership in Vancouver My wife and I came in a couple weeks ago after our car finally kicked the bucket and we decided it was time to buy a newer reliable car. I was put off My wife and I came in a couple weeks ago after our car finally kicked the bucket and we decided it was time to buy a newer reliable car. I was put off by many of the larger well known dealers in the Vancouver area do to salesmen men that were pushy and rather not interested in what I want but what would get them a larger commission. After a recommendation by my wifes co-worker we went to Budget car sales and what a shock to the system. We were greeted at the door by Jeremie and after talking to him for a few minutes I knew that this was gonna work out just fine. He took the time to listen to what I want and after getting my wife and I some coffee he went out in the rain to pull a lineup of cars to the front door for us to look at while we stayed dry. We decided after multiple test drives to go for the ford focus and at which point we were introduced to Tim who went over all the paper work with us. Tim was very good at getting us the best financing rate he could and about an hour later the keys were in our hands. At this point the dealership was supposed to be closed but the stayed open for us and even brought in Aaron to get us insurance and on our way. But wait it gets better. Since my car died I had a rental which I handed over to Budget and they towed it back to the rental car place free of charge. More
