Three days ago my husband and I started the hunt for a vehicle for myself. Where my husband has lots of experience at dealerships, I have none. We dealt with both Marc and Derek who make a great team. They helped us every step of the way and answered my many many questions. They stayed way past closing to make sure we had everything we needed, and never once did we feel rushed. So our vehicle hunt started out with us looking for a good used vehicle for myself as we are expecting our first child....today I picked up my brand new Kia Sorento, and next week my husband will pick up his beautiful Lincoln. I have already referred family and friends to Auto Town making sure they deal with both Marc and Derek and will continue to in the future, because with Many laughs they made my first shopping experience so enjoyable! I have been looking for a good used SUV for some time, and spotted a 2010 Cadillac SRX on a website for AutoTown in Winnipeg. I called and talked to Amanda, and told her I would drive in from Brandon to and spotted a 2010 Cadillac SRX on a website for AutoTown in Winnipeg. I called and talked to Amanda, and told her I would drive in from Brandon to see the unit the following day. She explained over the phone that the milage was actually in miles, not kms, to be sure I understood there was more kms than listed. We drove to Winnipeg the next morning and checked over the unit, then she came with us for a test drive. The vehicle checked out fine, so I proceeded to make a deal to purchase it. We found Amanda-Rose, Chris and Derek very helpful and straight forward and took extra time to explain any questions I had about the vehicle, and on the extended warranty. They even recommended a good place to eat while the paperwork was being processed. Before they gave me the keys, they washed the vehicle and added some fuel to it. We then drove the vehicle back to Brandon that afternoon, and was more than satisfied with it. All in all, a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone. Valree Baker More

He went above and beyond getting us the best deal, making sure we were offered all the extras without pressuring us to sign on. We did sign on because it was such an amazing deal he got for us. Great financing, great warranty, great service. Great everything!!!!! Even when we bought the truck and brought it home, I had some questions and when I called Derek was happy to hear from me, and again went above and beyond to make me happy even though I had already bought the truck. When buying a car you never know if you are really getting "the deal". We have had experiences buying a car where we did not feel respected or valued, but Autotown seemed to genuinely want our busine getting "the deal". I have had many difficulties in the past with vehicles, well mainly because I always buy older cars. When you buy older cars, you need to put money into them for repairs. It tended to be very costly for a single mother to be able to come up with larger sums of money for vehicle repairs. When I phoned into AutoTown, I spoke with Derek. I gave him my story about all the bad luck we have had and instantly did what he could to get me into a vehicle that is safe and affordable for my daughter and I. He also went above and beyond to make sure he got me the best available price, and made sure I had things like warranty and roadside assistance on my vehicle, so that if I should ever get into a situation like my past ones, I would be taken care of and wouldn't have to worry bout some of those expenses coming up. He was very friendly and efficient. Marc was great also. He went through the ins and outs of the vehicle with me. He showed me how to use many of the functions, and programmed my Bluetooth for me. He also took the time to drive me across the street to the insurance place to get my plates and insurance done for the car. Overrall, it was a great experience and I would definatley recommend this dealership to another person looking to buy a vehicle in the future. More
