I found the sales reps (Larry and Chito) very pleasant, not pushy and gave me time to make my own decision. The sales manager I dealt with was Chris who was also very helpful and friendly. I then dealt with the finance manager Derek, who secured me an excellent rate for my vehicle, was able to break down the contract in simple terms and answered any questions I had. Overall I would definitely recommend Autotown to anyone looking for a vehicle. I was in the market for a used car, after having my car written off. I had researched the Auto Town website, after being referred by a co-worker. What I found was new cars for better price, than what I was finding at a dealership that I had be looking at. When arriving I immediately spotted the vehicle that I had found online. Marc greeted us within 3 minutes of being there, and offered to bring the car inside for us to look at (it was -28 with the wind-chill, this morning so it was greatly appreciated). Once inside he opened the hood, trunk, and all doors for us to inspect it. His knowledge about the car was great, and was able to answer all questions that we had. After testing driving the vehicle, it reviewed the car fax details and the safety sheet with us prior to taking us to see Derek. Derek was also great to deal with he explained the extended warranty that we could purchase, and although I kept insisting that I wanted to pay cash for the vehicle, it spent the time with me to show the benefit of financing the vehicle and paying it off early if I desired.
